An example: after the launch, ten roofing files opened is about $380. If you sign just one, the job cost you $380 in files. The rest is your margin. During the launch, it is zero.
The price follows the value of the job: a small roof costs less than a big one. Per file, before taxes.

"≈ leads": at the price of the median lead in the grid, during the launch. A roof costs more, eavestroughs less.
Your company, your RBQ licence, your trades and your areas. Five minutes, a single page. As soon as the licence is verified, 75 credits are in your account.
For free, during the launch. The file contains a quote already built, line by line: use it as is, adjust it to your prices, or send your own. The client’s contact details are yours.
Four tiers, from $100 to $1,000, with bonus credits on the larger ones. They do not expire.
Yes, for a while. As long as the launch free period is displayed on this page, opening a file debits no credits — even with a zero balance. It ends once 200 contractor accounts have been activated, or earlier if we withdraw it: the site then stops announcing it, the files you opened until then remain yours, and each file after that is paid at the struck-through cost shown. A draw of 500 credits is held among those first 200 accounts. The full rules are on the “Launch promotion” page.
No. The account is free, browsing available leads is free, and you buy credits only when you want to. An unspent credit stays in your account, with no expiry date — and if we ever discontinued the service, purchased and unspent credits would be refunded to you.
75 credits are granted once per company, when your RBQ licence is verified and your account activated. They are used like any others, on the lead of your choice.
First by type of project: that is the grid above. Then, within that range, by the value of the job calculated from the client's takeoff. The exact cost is shown before you open the lead, and it no longer changes once the lead is published.
3 at most. The client therefore receives up to 3 quotes, and when you open the project you know how many contractors have already opened it.
No. It is an estimate, a benchmark: your quote can be higher or lower, made with our calculator or with your own PDF. The client compares it like any other quote. Your votes and your quotes calibrate the engine, which improves day by day.
A lead reflects what the client answered and, where possible, an automated measurement of their building. If the phone number and email are wrong, if the client remains unreachable after 3 attempts over 3 days, if they say they never made a request, if the address is outside your territory or if the project has nothing to do with the lead, you report it from the lead within 7 days: the credits return to your balance. When two contractors report the same lead, the return is automatic. A client who doesn’t call back or who picks someone else is not a valid reason. Details are in the terms of sale.
When the free period ends, each file costs its displayed price: − 50 % while the launch offer lasts, then the regular grid price for files published afterwards. Your credits, bought or granted, keep their full value: one credit is always worth $1 of files.
No. Amounts are before taxes; GST and QST are added when buying credits, paid through PayPal — with your PayPal account or by card, without an account. We never store your card data, and every purchase produces an invoice in your name.
The contractual details are in the terms of sale and the launch promotion rules.
